Normal Walking Posture

Dr. Cheryl Wisinski, PT, DPT, WCS, (owner Midwest Physical Therapy Services) demonstrates poor walking posture vs. healthy walking posture. Use these simple rules to improve your walking posture: no nose over your toes; no leading with your forehead; look up, not down, and lead with your chest (sternum). Walking normally reduces upper back, shoulder and neck pain.
